    1Temir moddasiga boy ovqatlarni iste’mol qilish lozim (kunlik 15 mg):

    Dukkaklilar (loviya, no’xat, mosh) va jo’xori;Go‘sht va baliq mahsulotlari;Sabzavot (ayniqsa, qizil sabzi), mevalar va ko‘katlar;

    2Ayniqsa, homilador ayollar odatdagidan ikki barobar ko‘p temir moddasini iste’mol qilishlari lozim;

    3Olxo’rini ko‘p iste’mol qilish qon tarkibida qizil qon tanachalarining ko‘payishiga yordam beradi;

    4Ovqatlanish mobaynida yoki ovqat bilan birga choy yoki qahva iste’mol qilmang, 25-30 minutdan so’ng ichgan ma’qul. Chunki ovqatdagi organizm uchun zarur moddalarni so‘rilmasidanoq parchalab yuboradi;

    5C vitaminiga boy mahsulotlar (apelsin sharbati, na’matakli choy…) temir moddasining organizmga singishiga yordam beradi;

    6Ibn Sino ismaloqni kamqonlikni davolashda ishlatgan: 1 osh qoshiq ismaloq o‘ti yoki barg kukuni 200 gramm suvda 10 minut qaynatilib, tindirib qo‘yiladi. Dokadan suzib, kuniga uch mahal ichiladi;

    7Xalq tabobatida: behining bargi va po‘stlog‘idan qilingan damlama, shuningdek, limono’t bargidan tayyorlangan damlama ham kamqonlikda foydalanadi.

    Qadrli ayollar, oila a’zolaringizdan birortasida anemiya belgilari (bosh og’rishi va aylanishi, ishtahasizlik, tez charchash, ko’ngil aynishi, titroq, qo’l-oyoqlarning muzlashi, tana haroratining pastligi, terining och rangga kirishi, tez yurak urishi, nafas olishning og’irlashuvi, ko’krak qafasida og’riqlar paydo bo’lishi) kuzatilsa, tezda shifokor ko’rigidan o’tkazing. Yuqorida ta’kidlaganimizdek, kamqonlik boshqa bir kasallikning simptomi bo’lishi ham mumkin. Ameniya faqat qon tahlilidan so’ng aniq belgilanadi.
